The Victory3D was a low-end gaming graphics accelerator card. It was based on the S3 ViRGE chip (86C325) having a core clock of between 50 and 80 MHz with memory also running the same.
With 4 MB of RAM, the Victory3D could support resolutions up to 1280 x 1024 in 256 colours at a refresh rate of 75 Hz, or in 16 colours at a refresh rate of 85 Hz. At 1024 x 768 it ran 16.7 million colours at 75 Hz or 65,536 colours at 85 Hz.
Board Revisions
No information on board revisions is known for the ELSA Victory3D.
Some Victory 3D versions have memory slots for the rightmost four, others do not (perhaps OEM variants).

Downloads
ELSA produced the WINMan Suite of tools for Windows 3.1, for the Winner, Victory, and GLoria cards. This allowed you to define new resolutions, set monitor
refresh rates, change the screen position and adjust the monitor
timing, get information about your graphics card, set DirectX settings, and find out the current refresh and horizontal scan
rates.
These were replaced with the ELSA Windows Tools for Windows 9x.
