Orchid Wave Booster
The Orchid Wave Booster series were their wavetable daughterboards, released in 1994. All used the Crystal Semiconductor CS9203.

Three WaveBooster boards were released:
- Wave Booster/2 - 2 MB of sample ROM
- Wave Booster/4 - 4 MB of sample ROM
- Wave Booster/4FX - 4 MB of sample ROM + effects (reverb, chorus and echo) chip
They were compatible with the General MIDI standard, in addition to Roland GS and MT-32.

Setting it Up
Like all wavetable daughterboards for PC sound cards in the 90s, its setup is easy - just plug it in and you're ready. The host sound card may need to be configured separately.
