The Horizon+ (or Horizon Plus) was released in 1994. It supported resolutions up to 1600 x 1200 in 64,000 colours at 80 Hz.

For Windows NT drivers use the embedded Cirrus Logic 5440 drivers in the operating system. There were no drivers for Windows 95.
