Expanding on the earlier Graphix Plus, the II provided the same CGA features but added a 16-colour mode. It also got a parallel port, a lightpen port, 32K of onboard video RAM, and an optional clock/calendar with battery backup.

I have no information on board revisions for the Graphix Plus II.
Competition
Lots of third parties were attempting to compete with the very expensive IBM Color Graphics Adapter (CGA) board in 1985, adding what they could to differentiate their cards from others.
